About
Hi, I’m Lucia, a personal trainer and sports recovery therapist with over 10 years of experience. My journey started at six years old when I discovered my love for dance. I trained in ballet, jazz, and Latin ballroom, ultimately becoming a six-time Canadian professional ballroom champion. After retiring from dancing, I delved into fitness education, focusing on rehabilitation, strength training, Pilates, and more.
Throughout the years, I’ve developed a distinctive methodology to help clients who have faced physical challenges, whether from activities like CrossFit, running, or rowing, or from issues such as poor posture and heavy lifting. My recovery strategy incorporates soft tissue therapies like myofascial release and trigger point therapy to relieve tension, along with exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles that support the body. I’ve successfully assisted many people in overcoming problems like frozen shoulder, restoring full range of motion in stiff joints, and easing issues such as pulled muscles, knee pain, and lower back pain—often in just a few sessions, and sometimes even after just one.
